We’ve answered the most common questions so you can feel confident that Flight Club is the perfect fit for your goals.

Question 1: What sports does this program work for?

Any sport where jumping, speed, and power matter—basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, and more.

Question 2: How does the guarantee work?

As long as you are training with us at least 2 times per week then if you complete all 30 sessions and don’t see at least a 3-inch improvement, we’ll train you for free until you do.

Question 3: How long are classes?

1 hour

Question 4: Do we have to stick to the same days and times?

No. Our class schedule has so much variety so that no matter what you have going on, we have a time that will work for you.

Question 5: How many athletes are in a class?

It depends if it's a youth or high school but roughly between 8-15. All classes do have a 5:1 coach to athlete ratio so that your athlete receives actual coaching.

Question 6: How old is too young to get started?

All kids are different however, 8 years old is typically the youngest. All of our athletes are only given exercises that they can safely perform. An 8 year old is no different. We focus on technique FIRST.

Question 7: What if we miss a session because of vacation or if my child is sick?

Not a problem. Things happen sometimes. Just reach out to our administrative director, Hannah, and she will get you taken care of.

Question 8: What does a typical session look like?

Every day is broken up into 4 sections.

Section 1:

  • Dynamic warm up and prep work

Section 2:

  • Sprinting and jump work

    When sprinting we focus on hitting top end speed, acceleration and agility at least once per week FOR EACH of the those.

The jumping is based off of the focus of the training block but we are always doing some kind of explosive/ jumping work at least 2-3 times per week.

Section 3:

  • Strength training

    The focus here is to get stronger in order to support the athletes sprinting, jumping, agility and overall athleticism. Getting stronger just to get stronger doesn't make you a better athlete. Getting stronger with purpose do though.

Section 4:

  • Accessories

    Here the intent is to make sure we are correcting any imbalances and "bullet proofing" the athlete. The intent here is to prevent injury as well as support the "smaller muscle groups" that ultimately turn an average athlete into a great one.
